If your camera was suspended due to an overage tolerance, you will need to update the camera status after increasing the data plan.
Launch your Scoutek app and go to the My Account section. You will see your camera(s) listed. The status of the camera(s) will be listed on the right. Click the three dots (⋮) on the right to change the status of the camera(s).
If you have already updated the status, it may take the wireless carrier several hours to reestablish a connection to the camera. If it has been over 24 hours with no status report or photos, you may need to physically power the camera off/on to reestablish the connection.
